JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, along with a passion for early childhood education. This role requires a proactive individual who can create a nurturing and safe environment for children while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a management role within a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
• Strong background in early childhood education, with relevant qualifications preferred.
• Experience working directly with children, demonstrating an understanding of their developmental needs.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
• A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation needs related to nursery activities. • Manage the overall operations of the nursery, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Foster positive relationships within the community to promote the nursery’s values and services.
• Conduct regular assessments of children’s development and maintain accurate records as required by regulatory bodies.
