JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and childcare, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. This role requires effective communication with staff, children, and parents, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for all children in our care.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualifications and experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare are highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development.
  • Ability to drive initiatives that improve the quality of care within the nursery setting.
