Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the nursery branch
• Lead, supervise, and support teachers and staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Ensure compliance with nursery policies and relevant local authority regulations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through effective communication
• Oversee admissions, enrollments, and branch administration
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily operations
• Support curriculum implementation and educational activities
• Prepare reports and coordinate with management as required
