Nursery Manager - Lead with Heart, Inspire with Purpose

Your Role Will Include:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding care and education.
  • Creating a safe, engaging environment where every child thrives.
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, HR law, health and safety standards and safeguarding requirements.
  • Building strong partnerships with children, staff, parents and the wider community.
  • Managing budgets, resources and occupancy with confidence and care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) - Level 5 or above desirable.
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
  • A warm, approachable leader who loves working with children and people.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
