We are a small chain of family run nurseries and we are now recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager at our nursery in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced Manager who has previous experience of running a busy nursery. The nursery cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years and can care for up to 95 children each day.
Our key requirements are:
- Have a minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- Have a minimum of five years working in a nursery and at least one years experience as a Manager.
- Have excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted statutory guidance
- Understand and implement our child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Able to follow and implement our policies and procedures throughout the nursery.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good administration and IT skills
- Flexible approach and willing to cover in the rooms when required.
- Motivate, develop and maintain excellent practice
- Able to manage a team of 25 staff
As part of our safer recruitment policy you will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide two references one from your last employer

Pay: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
