We are working with a well-established and growing nursery group who are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead their Hersham setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for early years education to take the next step in their career.
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the setting, ensuring that children receive the highest quality of care and education, while driving performance and supporting a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursery on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to staff, creating a positive and professional working environment.
• Ensure that children are safe, happy, and learning in an engaging and stimulating environment.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance to ensure high standards across the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community.
• Oversee financial and administrative duties, including budgets, occupancy, and resources.
• Prepare for Ofsted inspections and strive for continuous improvement in quality of care and education.
