We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Manager who is motivated to do a Level 5 Apprenticeship to join a nursery team we are recruiting on behalf of!
Candidates must already hold an Early Years Educator Level 3 Qualification and be able to commit to your apprenticeship for a maximum of 24 months is essential - this can be completed sooner depending on your learning progression.

  • Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire both children and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
  • A solid understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage classroom dynamics while fostering an inclusive environment for all children.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within the role.
