ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or higher preferred).
• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A passion for helping children thrive.

THE ROLE

As Nursery Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Ofsted regulations. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee curriculum delivery, maintain high standards of care, and build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Oversee health and safety, safeguarding, and welfare standards.
• Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and resources effectively.
