Description

We are looking for a Nursery Manager to lead our beautiful, small and unique setting, Oak Tree Day Nursery in Bath.
Our current manager is moving to our larger sister setting and will be on hand to support a gentle transition. The setting is well established and has an excellent core team and a lovely recent Ofsted inspection.
Oak Tree Day Nursery is a private day nursery with 40 spaces and is located on the approach to Bath Spa University.
We are looking for someone passionate about early years education and care, with nursery management experience. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with children’s families and partner agencies. Successful candidates will demonstrate a clear love for working with children 6 months to five years old and committed to supporting children’s early learning and development in line with the early years foundation stage.
As the Nursery Manager you will be responsible for effectively managing the nursery team to ensure that the setting is always providing the highest quality of care and education. You will oversee the operational management of the nursery adhering to the EYFS Statutory Framework and Ofsted requirements; whilst having scope to contribute to how the nursery operates.
