  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Lead and inspire our team of childcare professionals, fostering a supportive and friendly environment.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment where children can learn and explore
  • Supervise staff training and professional development to uphold high standards of care and education.
  • Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (Senco) for the nursery.

Requirements

  • A solid background in nursery management is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a talent for effective team management.
  • Understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development.
