Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the nursery.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with UAE nursery regulations and EYFS standards.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, hygiene, and child safety.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.
• Oversee admissions, enrolment, attendance, and administrative processes.
• Monitor staff performance and support professional development.
• Coordinate curriculum implementation and educational activities.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate with senior management.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and child-focused culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of Nursery Management experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
