As the Nursery Manager, you will play a Vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery. Your responsibilities will entail a wide range of tasks, all with the goal of creating a safe, supportive, and engaging space for children to thrive. Here’s a glimpse into what your role will entail:
-Inspire and lead a team of passionate practitioners, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
-Conduct regular team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the staff
-Oversee the creation and implementation of a well-rounded curriculum that promotes holistic child development.
-Stay abreast of the latest educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.
-Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to, creating a secure environment for both children and staff.
-Implement and review policies and procedures to guarantee the highest standards of child welfare.
-Foster strong relationships with parents through open communication, regular updates, and parent involvement initiatives.
Financial Management:
-Manage the nursery’s budget effectively, allocating resources to optimize the learning environment and meet operational needs.
-Staff Training and Development:
-Provide ongoing training opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and keep them abreast of best practices in early childhood education.
In order for you to meet the job criteria you will need to have a:
Minimum of level 3 in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or childcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing quality care.

Pay: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
