Polkemmet Daycare are looking to recruit a Nursery Manager.
A successful applicant will lead our small, close knit and mature team to provide positive outcomes for children and families of Heartlands and surrounding areas.
He/She will…
-be forward thinking, knowledgeable, innovative, enthusiastic and reliable.
-provide professional leadership and management for our staff team.
- have experience of working in partnership with local authorities to provide funded childcare places.
- have excellent knowledge of curriculum and relevant self-evaluation frameworks.
-have a passion for outdoor learning, and be able to encourage an enthusiasm for this within our staff team.

Requirements:
Qualified to BA Childhood Practice level, Extensive, relevant leadership experience.
