JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of early childhood education. This role requires a nurturing individual who can create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children while effectively managing staff and communicating with parents.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in management or leadership roles within a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Strong background in early childhood education with relevant qualifications preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or similar environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to drive is advantageous for transporting children or resources as needed.
  • A nurturing attitude with a passion for fostering children’s development through engaging activities.
