JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of early childhood education. This role requires effective communication and management abilities to ensure a nurturing and safe environment for children. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for driving the nursery’s vision while fostering a positive atmosphere for both staff and children.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of nursery operations, including health and safety regulations.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are desirable.
  • Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the nursery’s reputation within the community.
