OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery team and create a nurturing environment for children. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, along with a genuine love for working with children. This role requires a commitment to fostering the development of young minds while ensuring the highest standards of care and education.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a management role within a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
  • Strong background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Experience working directly with children, demonstrating an understanding of their developmental needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with staff, parents, and children.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation as needed for nursery activities or outings.
