Description

BE PART OF SOMETHING BOLD.

We’re Early Years Studios, a new kind of nursery group redefining what early childhood could look and feel like today.
Our flagship site opens this Autumn in a beautiful heritage building in the heart of Leamington Spa, and we’re searching for an ambitious, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our very first Studio and team.
This is not just a job. It’s a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, to create a provision that sets an incredible standard for early years, and then to grow with us as we open more sites across the region.
If early years is your calling, you believe in doing things differently and want to take your career to the next level, this is the opportunity.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes early years, with ambition, drive and passion.

  • Qualified and experienced: Level 3 or above in Early Years, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Outstanding Ofsted experience is a huge plus).
  • Expert and confident: you know the EYFS, safeguarding, SEND and compliance inside out, and can lead a team to the very highest standards.
  • Calm and reflective: you bring clarity and consistency, creating a culture where children and staff feel safe, supported, and inspired.
  • Fun and passionate: you bring warmth, personality, and positivity.
  • Ambitious and growth-minded: you want a career in early years, not just a role. You’re excited to grow as we grow and to help shape the future of Early Years Studios, and the UK Early Education Sector.
Responsibilities

Leading our flagship Studio with vision and warmth, setting the tone for best-in-class practice, culture, and care.

  • Acting as our Designated Safeguarding Lead, embedding a culture where safety, wellbeing, and high standards are non-negotiable.
  • Building and inspiring your team, from recruiting and inducting the very best people to nurturing their growth through our Studio Standard pathway.
  • Designing calm, beautiful, purposeful environments, where children thrive, staff feel proud, and families know they belong.
  • Driving enrolment and reputation, welcoming families, leading open days, and ensuring Early Years Studios becomes a trusted part of the community.
  • Delivering, implementing and refining our inspiring curriculum, elevating the EYFS with forest schooling, wellbeing, STEM, and creativity to create something truly distinctive.
  • Playing a key part in our leadership team, contributing ideas, shaping systems, and leaving your mark not only on this site, but on the future of Early Years Studios as we grow.
