JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our nursery team and ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, along with experience in early childhood education. This role requires excellent communication abilities to engage with parents, staff, and children effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a management role within a childcare setting is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is required.
• A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for potential off-site activities or meetings.
