Nursery Manager - Walton-on-Thames (KT12) £38,000-£45,000 salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) We are delighted to be working with a family-owned Nursery franchise to find an experienced and successful Nursery Manager to support and lead the team and nursery provision at their venue based in Walton-on-Thames… The owner and director of the group has had her own highly successful career in Early Years and Childcare and is excited to have motivated and dedicated individuals join her journey of creating an 'Outstanding' place to both work and learn. The main focus of this role is to lead quality-driven practise with ambitious plans to become Ofsted Outstanding through improving daily provision, increasing occupancy levels, and ensuring all staff are creating a safe and thriving environment for children and their families.
