We are excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our client’s Nursery, placing a strong emphasis on implementing the renowned Montessori philosophy. We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of early childhood education, and a commitment to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A proven track record of successfully managing Nurseries
- Montessori certification or an in-depth understanding and application of the Montessori philosophy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a focus on maintaining an inclusive and secure environment for allExpertise in child development principles, with a demonstrated ability to design and implement age-appropriate activities that support learning and growth
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and engaging curriculum aligned with Montessori principles to support children’s holistic development and innate curiosity
- Lead, mentor, and support nursery staff, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment for both children and educators
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety to create an enriching space for children to thrive
- Regularly assess children’s progress, facilitate effective communication with parents, and ensure open and collaborative relationships within the nursery community
- Oversee administrative duties including budgeting, scheduling, and meticulous record-keeping to meet and exceed regulatory standards
