QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of experience in nursery or early years leadership.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and current education regulations.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership across all nursery sites, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of outstanding early years education. This role involves overseeing the development of new locations, managing existing operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
