JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Market Strategy specialist to lead the development and execution of growth strategies across our nurseries.
A Marketing specialist in the Early Years sector focuses on promoting childcare services and resources to parents/guardians. The role typically involves a range of marketing activities, including online and offline campaigns, social media engagement and public relations to attract new clients and maintain occupancy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies

This includes creating and executing plans to attract new parents and children, focusing on both online and offline channels.

  • Managing digital marketing campaigns

Creating engaging content for various platforms, such as social media, websites and brochures to showcase the nursery and its offerings.

  • Building brand awareness

Ensuring the nursery’s vision and values are effectively communicated to the target audience.

  • Event planning and execution

Organising and executing events to promote to nursery, such as open days, workshops and children’s activities

  • Collaborating with other teams

Working with other stakeholders to establish and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Duties include:

  • You will work closely with senior leadership to align business goals with actionable market insights, ensuring seamless execution and long-term success.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to agree strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing and an interest in the Early Years or childcare sector.
  • Proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the use of marketing software tools.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A proactive approach with the drive to innovate and improve marketing strategies continuously.
