Our team is key to Newpark’s success, and we sincerely appreciate our staff’s dedication, reliability and hard-work to provide children, parents and colleagues with exceptional care and attention. We are aware that our team have a physically demanding job that requires everyone to be mentally alert at all times and can often be emotionally challenging as well. Therefore, we aspire to keep our team happy and fulfilled, and we are particularly proud that we are the UK’s first private nursery to become a London Living Wage accredited employer.
