JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong ability to manage and communicate effectively with children and their families. As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and support junior staff members.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanour in a busy environment.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
