We are looking to recruit new members to our team at our state of the art Nursery in Lichfield, due to increased demand! Could this be where you come in?

We are looking for ‘Outstanding’ qualified practitioners to join us for the next stage in our exciting journey.

• Are you an enthusiastic and highly motivated person with a real heart for children in their early years?
• Can you use your creativity, energy and sense of fun to spark children’s enthusiasm to participate wholeheartedly in their own development to reach their full potential?
• Are you a level 2 or above (full and relevant - https://www.gov.uk/guidance/early-years-qualifications-finder) qualified Early Years Educator.
• Are you a good team player ready to join us in making a real difference in young lives?
• Can you build and maintain strong working partnerships with parents, focusing effectively on the development of their children?
