OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial part in the growth and development of young minds.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in childcare or early years education is essential, demonstrating your ability to manage groups of children effectively.
  • A background in leadership within a nursery or similar environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
  • A passion for early childhood education, along with the ability to inspire young learners through creative teaching methods.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory for this role.

  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development, sharing updates with parents as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity and promotes equality.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery’s educational offerings and contribute to a positive team culture.
