We are looking for a enthusiastic, dedicated person to join our Hill Top team.
We offer a very high standard of care and education.
Your role would be to plan and implement activities to enhance children’s learning.
Provide a safe and warm environment for children to flourish.
Have great communications skills, to liaise with parents.
The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS and two references.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Proven experience working with children in a nursery setting
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and management skills in a childcare environment
  • Familiarity with child development principles and best practices in childcare
