We are currently seeking enthusiastic, caring, and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our team and help make a real difference in the lives of young children.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the EYFS framework.
  • Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes each child’s development and learning.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, observations, and assessments.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures, reporting concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a passionate and supportive team.

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
  • Knowledge of safeguarding policies and a commitment to upholding child protection standards.
