Description

Little Acorns Nursery are recruiting for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Nurse to work in a fun, stimulating and family run nursery in the heart of Staffordshire countryside.

The key-duties of a Nursery Nurse include;

  • Fulfil the welfare requirements of the EYFS and have a sound understanding of the learning and development requirements.
  • Play and support children’s learning
  • Plan for fun and stimulating activities indoors and outdoors
  • Review and monitor your key-children’s development, to ensure children’s needs and development are met.
  • Liaise with parent’s and other professionals
  • Work as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Strong background in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with children and parents
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and management skills in a nursery environment
  • Proficiency in English, with a valid driving license preferred
  • Passion for fostering a nurturing and educational atmosphere for young children
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £12.50 per hour
