• Previous experience in an early years setting.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting children’s development, providing high-quality care, and working closely with colleagues to deliver the EYFS curriculum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
• Support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences.
• Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families.
• Ensure that children are safe, happy, and thriving within the nursery.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an enabling and stimulating environment.
• Support new staff or apprentices through role modelling and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and records.
• Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and equality policies at all times.
