A local daycare facility is seeking a Nursery Nurse who is the cornerstone of our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience caring for children and working in a child care centre in addition to great communication skills. This position requires someone who is capable of managing both individual and group learning activities and creating a safe, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor the physical, intellectual, and emotional development of children and communicate the results to parents.
• Teach the children basic care such as hand washing, putting on shoes and coats, brushing their hair, and other activities of daily living.
• Help the children develop physically, cognitively and emotionally.
• Ensure that the children receive nutritious meals in accordance with the programme’s nutritional standards.
• Supervise children during outdoor play time.
• Instruct children on hygiene practices and how to keep themselves safe.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.41 per hour
