NURSERY TEACHER

Hours: 42.5 hours

Salaries: For experienced & qualified staff (Level 3 and above)

  • £31,000/annum (Experienced Level 3 & above with over 1 year of experience)
  • £1,000 Performance Related Bonus
  • Total salary + bonus = £32,000

We also employ unqualified staff wishing to study and those that have completed their Level 2 and want to pursue Level 3.

FOR LEVEL 2 QUALIFIED STAFF:

  • £25,00/annum

    • £1,000 Performance Related Bonus

    • Total salary + bonus = £26,000

      • Paid for full training for Level 3

        Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday; shift options include 7:15am–5:15pm, 8am–6pm, or 8:30am–6:30pm

        (includes 1-hour lunch break + 15-minute coffee/tea break)

      • Implement philosophy and high standards in all interactions
      • Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, including planning, observing, and tracking development
      • Be a key person for a group of children – maintain developmental records and write termly learning journeys
      • Be aware of individual care needs (medical, sleeping, dietary)
      • Monitor and record sleep, food, and bottle feeds; perform weekly observations
      • Prepare and conduct developmentally appropriate activities indoors and outdoors
      • Ensure children’s safety and adherence to safeguarding procedures
      • Monitor unwell children and inform management for necessary arrangements
