Your new role
As a Preschool Assistant, you will be an integral part of our early years team, supporting children in their daily activities. You’ll help create a warm, engaging, and safe space where curiosity and creativity flourish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in planning and delivering fun, educational activities
  • Supporting children’s social and emotional development
  • Helping with snack times, outdoor play, and personal care routines
  • Collaborating with teachers to provide a high standard of care
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about working with young children
  • Patient, kind, and enthusiastic
  • A great team player with excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of child development and learning through play
