We have a fantastic opportunity for a nursery practitioner to join our team, at Cherry Pips Day Nursery, Rochford, Essex. We offer you a bright, stimulating purpose-built nursery. Rated Good by Ofsted in November 2023.

We are looking for a highly motivated, practitioner who will offer our children high quality inclusive early years education and care.

REQUIREMENTS:

Successful applicants for the Early Years practitioner position will need:
· Level 3 or above Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent.
· Level 2 early years qualification, with a view to completing level 3 early years qualification.
· proven post-qualification experience of working with children.
· Paediatric first aid, however we will arrange training if this has not been completed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: to be discussed at interview, based on qualification, age and experience.
You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, if your current certificate is not subscribed to the update service.

Responsibilities

As Early Years practitioner, you will:
· Provide creative and engaging learning opportunities for children.
· Be a proactive member of the team, providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
· Support the nursery management team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the setting’s policies and procedures.
· To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play and develop.
· To build and maintain a strong partnership working with parents to ensure children’s needs are met.
