Description

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a wizard, a fairy godparent, a magical mentor who will shower their magic powers to achieve all-round outstanding results and outcomes for our children:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
  • Open, honest and compassionate
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children
Responsibilities

Dust off your magic wand and join us as an Early Years Practitioner, where the learning never stops! We’ll give you the opportunities to learn and develop the skills you need to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries.
We’re looking for qualified Early Years Educators to help us deliver our vision of being the leading Childcare provider.
There’s no better place than our Oxford Station nursery, and even OFSTED think so with our GOOD rating! We’ve relocated to a trendy new cabin beside the train station, so, if the train is your way of getting into work, you’ll be at the nursery in no time. We’ve also got great links to bus routes and offer free car parking.
Jordanne, our wonderful Nursery Manager has led the team for four years with Zoe and they shared “We are like one big family here, the colleagues work exceptionally well together, respect one another and provide some amazing home from home experiences for the children that we care for”. On a recent survey, over 96% of our practitioners have shared that Jordanne cares about their wellbeing.
