EXPERIENCE

  • Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children’s individual needs.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records to inform planning and support their development.
  • Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions, ensuring a structured yet flexible environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from all children.
  • Drive initiatives that promote health, safety, and hygiene within the nursery setting.
