REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3).
• Experience working with young children in a nursery setting is essential.
• Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Leadership skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
