JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and early education to children in a nurturing environment. You will be responsible for fostering the development of children through engaging activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for working with young children.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
  • A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and support junior staff members.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation purposes related to nursery activities.

  • Paediatric first aid is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive team atmosphere.
  • Keep accurate records of children’s development and attendance.
  • Assist in managing daily nursery operations, including maintaining supplies and resources.
