Position: Nursery Practitioner – Level 3
Hours: Full-time (42.5 hours per week)
Salary: £27,479 / £12.40 per hour above National Minimum Wage
Location: Parkway Day Nursery, Cropton Way Coulby Newham
We are looking for a fully qualified minimum Level 3 Nursery Nurse who is hard working, friendly, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to work well as part of a team and as an individual. Minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, must hold a Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate, Safeguarding certificate, Previous experience preferable

CHILDCARE & EDUCATION

• Deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress using appropriate tools
• Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Support children with additional needs in partnership with external agencies

REQUIREMENTS

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
• Experience working in an early years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
