JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team for 20 to 30 days per week across 2 to 3 days. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing educational activities, fostering positive relationships with children and their families, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Strong management and leadership skills to guide junior staff members effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  • Experience in driving may be beneficial for transporting children or materials as required.

    We ask that candidates MUST hold a relevant certificate Level 3 or above in Childcare studies or Early Years Educator. (Unfortunately, we will not accept Health and Social care unless you have a specific childcare qualification alongside).
