SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Mitcham. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering the development and well-being of young children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in their educational journey.

Experience:

• Nursery: 1 year (required

• Create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and implement engaging educational activities.
• Monitor children’s progress and development.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s needs.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s activities and progress.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the overall management of the nursery.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Qualifications
• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
• Experience working in a nursery or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Passion for working with young children.
