SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Croydon. This role is crucial in fostering a safe and engaging learning environment for children, aligning with our mission to support their growth and development.

• Create and maintain a stimulating and safe nursery environment.
• Plan and implement educational activities tailored to children’s needs.
• Observe and assess children’s development, providing feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of care.
• Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
• Qualifications
• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (essential).
• Experience working with children in a nursery setting (essential).
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children and parents (preferred).
• Leadership abilities to guide junior staff (preferred).
• Management experience in childcare settings (somewhat relevant).
