SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Mitcham. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children, contributing to their growth and development while embodying our values of care and education.

Experience:

• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to children’s developmental needs.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive nursery environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
• Uphold nursery policies and procedures at all times.
• Qualifications
• Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
• Proven experience working in a nursery or similar childcare setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
