Responsibilities
Lead engaging play and learning activities that align with the EYFS framework.
Support team members and act as a role model for junior practitioners.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and caregivers.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health and safety policies.
Monitor children’s progress and document assessments.
Manage daily operations when needed to ensure smooth functioning.
Adapt to rotating shifts within the nursery’s opening hours.
