The role requires:

  • Supporting the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to. 
  • Creating inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery. 
  • Team working, we are a lovely family feel nursery and we strive for happiness for our people. 
  • Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures. 
  • Implementation the EYFS with a good understanding of child development. 
  • Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services. 
  • Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive. 
  • Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery. 

Essentials

  • Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification. 
  • Safeguarding knowledge. 
  • UK based only
