• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (desirable not essential)
• A genuine love for working with children and helping them thrive

• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be the heartbeat of our setting, helping children aged 0–5 flourish through play, learning, and love.

You’ll:

• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that spark imagination and support development
• Build strong bonds with children, families, and your team
• Observe and record children’s progress, celebrating every milestone
• Ensure a safe, stimulating, and joyful environment every single day
