JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Your ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents will be essential in fostering positive relationships within the nursery setting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant level 3 qualifications or above in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are required.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a calm demeanour.
  • Leadership qualities to guide and support less experienced staff members.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and contributing positively to their development.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
