Clearly Education are an experienced Education Recruitment agency who are seeking Nursery Practitioners and Nursery Assistants who are passionate about working with children and will play a vital role in the children’s development in their educational journey, whilst creating a safe environment following Safeguarding practices.

REQUIREMENTS: MUST HOLD OR BE PREPARED TO UNDERGO AN ENHANCED DBS CHECK WHICH WILL BE REGISTERED TO THE UPDATE SERVICE. MUST HAVE/OR BE WILLING TO COMPLETE TRAINING FOR SAFEGUARDING, FMG AND PREVENT.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver appropriate activities correlating to the national EYFS curriculum – adapting and tailoring your style of teaching to fit individual children’s needs
  • Collaborate well with permanent members of staff, children, and their families – have excellent and clear communication skills
  • Must create a warm, welcoming classroom environment with inclusive values
  • Promote positive behaviour in line with the settings policies
    The successful Nursery Practitioner/Nursery Assistant will have an understanding of Safeguarding or be willing to undergo training prior to starting. At Clearly Education we take safeguarding children very seriously and always seeks to follow best and most recent practice.
