REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous leadership experience (for Room Leader role) preferred.
• Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Maintain high standards of care, education, and safeguarding.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s development.
• For Room Leaders: Lead and support a team within your room, ensuring excellent practice and smooth day-to-day running.
