JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nursery team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child, ensuring they thrive during their formative years.

REQUIREMENTS

• A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience in childcare settings is essential.
• Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar environment is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development through play-based learning.
• Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the educational experience for all children in your care.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development in early years education practices.
